Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with carrying luggage and belongings
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas, including entrances and lobby
- Assist with parking and retrieving guests' vehicles as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Deliver room services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
