Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation across various premises, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff alike. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, changing rooms, communal areas and poolside to high standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and replenished as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning procedures
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required by the organisation
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving travel between sites
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
