General Builder
Role:
As a General Builder, you’ll be reporting to the Senior Site Supervisor. You will take a hands-on approach to a wide variety of tasks including painting and decorating, tiling, plastering, window fitting, brickworks, and basic groundworks etc, ensure work on each site is completed on time and to the highest possible standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· You’ll take a hands-on approach to a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to; painting and decorating, tiling, plastering, window fitting, brickworks, and basic groundworks
· Ensure work on each site is completed on time and to the highest possible standards
· Adhere to health and safety procedures
· Assisting the trades with all duties as and when needed
· Assist with all labouring duties as and when required.
Essential:
You will need proven experience gained within the building and construction industry, and must be proficient in at least one of the following:
- Bricklaying
- Plastering
- Groundworks
- Tiling
- Painting and Decorating
- Full UK driving licence
- You must possess your own basic tools
Experience:
- General Building : 1 year (preferred)
