Temporary Cook – Greenfields Nursery
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm
Greenfields Nursery is seeking a friendly, reliable Temporary Cook to prepare fresh, nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks.
-Cater for dietary needs and allergies.
-Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
-Plan menus and manage food preparation.
-Keep the kitchen organised and safe.
-Follow all nursery food safety and safeguarding procedures.
About You
-Experience as a cook, ideally in a nursery or school setting.
-Strong understanding of food hygiene and nutrition.
-Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
-Warm, caring and confident working around children.
-Able to manage dietary requirements and allergies safely.
This is a temporary role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm.
