Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Assist with food preparation, presentation, and ensuring all dishes meet quality standards
- Serve beverages, including barista-style coffee drinks, with professionalism and efficiency
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing food stations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation and service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is not essential
- Knowledge of catering services and food safety practices is not essential as training is given
- Experience in serving or barista roles demonstrates strong customer service skills.
