Arria Furniture Group are looking for a motivated and organised apprentice to join our Production Planning team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, planning and supply chain while working alongside an experienced team.
You’ll support the day-to-day production planning process, helping to ensure materials, resources and production schedules are effectively coordinated. You’ll also develop your skills in data analysis, communication, problem-solving and business systems.
Responsibilities:
Support the production planning team with daily scheduling and planning activities using systems such as KIS
Help monitor production progress, materials and stock availability through Epicor and other planning tools
Communicate with suppliers through outlook on when orders will be received
Maintain accurate planning information, reports and documentation using Adobe
Work with production, purchasing and other teams to resolve issues
Learn and use planning systems and processes, including Epicor and KIS
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and planning processes
Full training and support will be provided as you work towards your apprenticeship qualification and build a career in production planning and supply chain.
About you:
You’ll be enthusiastic, willing to learn and comfortable working with numbers and data. Good organisation, communication and attention to detail are important, along with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in how products are made.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
