Excel Physiotherapy & Sport Injury Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our established private practice team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, patient-centred clinic with a varied caseload across our Beaconsfield and Chalfont St Peter locations, with daytime, evening, and Saturday morning clinics available.
We provide a wide range of musculoskeletal physiotherapy services, including manual therapy, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, hydrotherapy, sports massage therapy, diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injections, and one-to-one Pilates. With access to a rehabilitation gym and pool, this role offers the opportunity to work with a broad patient population and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a well-equipped clinical environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a mix of insured and self-pay patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions. You will be expected to deliver confident clinical decision-making, develop effective management plans, and provide high standards of patient care throughout the treatment journey.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
· BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy
· A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy within the UK
· Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
· Full membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
· Demonstrated experience in conducting initial assessments, forming clinical diagnoses, and prescribing management plans
· Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centred approach
· Strong English language skills, including verbal, reading, and written communication
Desirable Skills and Areas of Interest
· Shockwave therapy
· Dry needling or acupuncture
· Clinical Pilates
· Paediatric musculoskeletal physiotherapy
· Women’s health
· Sports massage experience
Salary and Working Pattern
Job type: Full-time, part-time, permanent
Pay: £20,000.00–£45,000.00 per year, depending on experience and hours worked
Expected hours: 10–35 per week
