We are looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to join our friendly and experienced team. If you bring experience, energy and a genuine love for early years education, we would love to hear from you.
We are a all year round Day Nursery and Pre-school operating across two sites, located just a few minutes’ walk apart. Because each site holds separate Ofsted registrations, we operate with a dedicated Manager at both locations. with a supporting Deputy. This unique position focuses on managing our under-3s site, caring for younger children from 6 weeks up to 2.5/3 years old. This beautiful, small-scale setting registers up to 29 children per day. Nestled in a beautiful village with a nature reserve right on our doorstep, we are looking for a leader who truly loves the outdoors and exploring nature and someone that will nurture our team.
This position is Full Time 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday all year round.
You’ll be part of an experienced and caring nursery team that values creativity, teamwork, and high standards of care in a beautiful small setting located in a beautiful village setting.

We are a small homely nursery located by the nature reserve which we use for regular walks and Forest school sessions. The nursery is built around play, curiosity, and child-led learning. Our passionate team work together to create engaging experiences that support every child’s development and wellbeing.
