Our town centre practice has expanded and due to growing demand and the the addition of general dentistry, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced hygienist to join the team.
Job description
We are looking to recruit a hygienist who is reliable and prioritises attention to detail and excellent patient experience. We would like a team player who genuinely cares about patients and wants to enjoy coming to work like we do!
We are a young and exciting business which was established in 2020 and expanded in 2024. We're now looking to extend our team to include a hygienst to work alonside a general dentist with an interest in implants, a specialist orthodontist and orthodontic therapist. The post would suit a candidate who would like to be part of a forward thinking team that undertake a significant amount of complex care. Our hygienist will be able to develop their career in a supportive environment as the practice continues to grow. Although we are ideally looking for an experienced hygienist, there will be opportunity to learn and develop your career at your own pace, with us right behind you. We would therefore consider a less experienced hygienist if they posess excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a determination to learn and succeed. Our ethos as a practice is to train our team so that they're able to leave but want to stay.
We are ideally seeking a part-time team member to begin with one day per week with the opportunity to build up to full time if desired. Days and hours are negotiable - we are willing to be very flexible for the right candidate .
We are fully digital with cloud based software and a purpose built practice which is currently integrating general and implant dentistry. We use both Cavitron and Piezo scalers and support our team in supplying equipment of their choice.
