Pay Rate: £13.65 (Weekly or Monthly pay available)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday 8:00am - 20:00pm & 20:00pm-8:00am - 36 hour contract
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our dedicated team, providing 3:1 support to a gentleman living in his own home in Taverham, Norwich.
The person we support has Learning Disabilities, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, communication difficulties but is verbal and behaviours that can be perceived as challenging and requires support with daily living, meal preparation, communication, behavioural support, accessing the community and administer medication. We are looking for someone who can provide consistent, person-centred support while promoting independence, choice, and quality of life. They enjoy bike riding, colouring, darts, wrestling, painting, puzzles, games and story telling.
Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:
