Hencote is seeking an experienced Bartender / Server to join our team at The View & Balcony.
We are a young, vibrant, and successful restaurant and bar with a strong passion for exceptional food, fine wine, and expertly crafted cocktails. We are looking for a talented individual with extensive knowledge of spirits and a proven ability to create a wide range of high-quality drinks.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for cocktail classics, alongside the creativity and flair to develop new and exciting additions to our menu. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience, working alongside a friendly and dedicated team committed to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and serving beverages in line with company standards
- Prepare and present a wide range of cocktails, wines, and other beverages to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the bar, front-of-house, and service areas
- Contribute ideas for new cocktail creations and seasonal menus
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and drink preparation techniques
- A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Availability to work weekends is essential
