Do you have experience working as a Senior in residential childcare settings, and are you looking for an exciting opportunity to put your leadership skills to use?
We are seeking a confident Senior Children’s Therapeutic Support Worker to join a dedicated team in providing stability and therapeutic care to children and young people.
Opening within an established company, this brand-new solo placement home in Wolverhampton will provide a welcoming and nurturing environment for one young person aged 8 to 18. The home is designed to support a young person with their emotional, social, and behavioural needs and will provide day-to-day care and guidance to help them understand and cope with the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
As a Senior Children’s Therapeutic Support Worker, you will begin your induction in the established Ofsted “Good” home before moving into the exciting new setting when the child arrives.
