As a General Manager for EPK Group you would be responsible for everything in your site. We would seek a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in developing and motivating staff to allow you time to focus on your site. As General Manager with us you will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000 (inclusive of KPI's)
Essential requirements for a successful General Manager within EPK Group include:
- Previous experience in a similar role (personal license and food hygiene will be required also)
- Great with people and as a result able to help develop and train the team to a high standard
- Strong passion for the industry
- Possess excellent organisational skills, be flexible and adaptable in your work
- Keen eye for the financial side (this is not an office role though so you will be expected to lead from the front)
- Very high standards and attention to detail in all aspects of the day to day running of a successful pub
- Social Media experience
