THE ROLE
We're one of the fastest-moving brands in prop trading — and our office produces more content moments in a day than most brands plan in a month. We need someone in the building to catch them.
This is a capture role. You press record on the camera, you aim, you log, you hand off. Our edit team takes it from there. Your job is to make sure everything worth filming happens in this office with a camera on it.
You'll work directly with our Head of Content, embedded alongside on-camera talent, coaches.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the daily camera operator in the office — capturing planned content, reactive moments, and everything in between
- Shoot short-form vertical content, BTS, interviews, desk setups, and office life across our brands
- Run audio properly on every setup — lavs, field recorder, monitored live
- Ingest, label, and upload footage to Frame.io same-day, structured to our naming system — a shoot that isn't uploaded and labelled doesn't count as done
- Keep kit charged, cards clear, and setups ready so capture never waits on logistics
WHAT YOU WON'T DO
- Edit. Everything you shoot goes to our edit team
- All content ideas will be sent to you to action in the office
- Wait to be told. If something interesting is happening, you're already rolling
WHO YOU ARE
- A confident solo shooter — camera, lighting, and audio without a crew behind you
- Fast and low-friction on your feet; you make people forget the camera's there
- Comfortable in a fast, loud, ambitious environment
Pay: £12.95-£22.45 per hour
