An established legal practice is seeking a Paralegal to join its Housing Disrepair team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Law graduate or aspiring legal professional looking to gain hands-on experience within a specialist litigation environment.
- Reviewing and assessing new claim enquiries.

Obtaining initial instructions from clients via telephone and email.

Preparing files for assessment and reviewing supporting reports.

Identifying claims that do not meet acceptance criteria.

Managing incoming correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries.

Liaising with surveyors, experts and third-party stakeholders.

Assisting with the progression of claims under supervision.

Maintaining accurate case records and updating case management systems.

Providing administrative and file management support to fee earners.

Delivering high levels of client care throughout the claims process.
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
