We are looking for a skilled 2nd Fix Carpenter and Bespoke on site Joiner/Cabinet Maker.
City and Guilds level 3 qualified or equivalent site carpenter with minimum 5 years experience in the domestic and residential construction sector. We are looking for tradespeople who want to execute work to the highest of standards.
You will be required to complete tasks from First fix to 2nd fix including but not limited to the following carpentry and general building tasks
1st fix - Studwork, Joisting, Truss and cut roofs, Door linings, Window boards, Ply Sheathing, Boxings, Fascia and soffit, Batten and Cladding & Stair installation
2nd fix - Kitchen Installation, Bespoke MDF and Oak Unit design, build and installation, Internal doors & ironmongery, MDF panelling, Skirting and Architrave, Spindles, Final fix and Snags
You will be responsible for achieving deadlines within a team & having a desire to learn and improve, working as part of a team with a can do approach to problem solving. We look for great people as well as tradespeople so being punctual, trustworthy and self motivated is key.
