We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and tech-savvy Photo Booth Operator to join our team. If you’re passionate about customer service, enjoy working at events, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Photo Booth Operator, you will be the face of our company at events. Your responsibilities will include:
- Set-Up and Pack-Down: Transport, assemble, and disassemble photo booth equipment at event locations.
- Event Operation: Operate the photo booth during events, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve minor technical issues on-site, such as adjusting camera settings, printer maintenance, or software troubleshooting.
- Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, guiding them through the photo booth process and assisting with props.
- Brand Representation: Represent our company positively and always maintain professionalism.
- Equipment Care: Ensure all equipment is handled carefully, stored correctly, and returned in excellent condition.
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You’re confident, approachable, and enjoy engaging with people at all types of events.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cameras, printers, and photo booth software is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Problem-Solving Ability: Able to think on your feet and resolve minor technical issues independently.
- Strong Time Management: Punctual and able to manage set-up and pack-down efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures high-quality photos, accurate branding, and well-organized props.
- Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel to various event locations as required.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (essential).
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 10kg).
- Experience in customer service, events, or photography (preferred but not essential).
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software.

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 16 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
