Duty Manager / Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager / Supervisor to join our management team and work alongside our existing Duty Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our thriving bar and restaurant.

The Role:
As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring every shift runs smoothly, delivering excellent customer service while supporting and motivating the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the venue.
- Leading and supporting the team throughout each shift.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and health & safety.
- Delivering outstanding food and drink service.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
- Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
- Helping maintain the friendly, hardworking culture we're proud of.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone with previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality who:
- Is confident leading a team in a busy environment.
- Has excellent customer service skills.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Is enthusiastic about working evenings, late nights, and weekends, as these are our busiest trading periods.
Experience serving both food and cocktails is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Essential info:
- Candidate must be available to work evenings/weekends
- Role is currently 30-35 hours a week, with room to grow into a full time salary

Pay: £21,632.00-£24,336.00 per year
