Are you a compassionate, high-energy leader who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences? Lead our client care teams across three locations!
Exceptional care starts the moment a client steps through our doors. We are looking for a genuinely people-focused Client Care Manager whose primary passion is championing the client experience, building strong relationships, and nurturing the teams that deliver them.
Guided by our core values, Empathise, Embrace, Evolve, Energise, and Exceed, you will shape a warm, efficient, and deeply supportive environment for our patients, clients, and team members alike.
- Empathise with Heart: Lead our reception teams to listen with genuine compassion, supporting pet owners through every stage of their journey while fostering a kind, supportive culture for our team through the emotional demands of veterinary care.
- Embrace Our Community: Create an inclusive, welcoming front desk for all families and pets, celebrating the unique strengths and perspectives of your reception team to build an empowered, collaborative squad.
- Evolve Front-of-House Care: Continuously refine front-desk protocols, client communications, and reception technology to ensure transparent, clear, and modern service across all three sites.
- Energise the Environment: Bring optimism, enthusiasm, and a reassuring atmosphere to our waiting rooms. Spend time on the front desk, including weekends, to actively coach, back up, and uplift your team during peak hours.
- Exceed Expectations: Raise the bar by driving proactive client communications, thorough follow-ups, and an exceptional standard of service, while promoting a healthy work-life balance and personal growth for your team.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years supervising or managing customer service/reception teams (multi-site or veterinary experience is desirable).
- Work Availability: Full-time commitment working 5 days per week, with flexibility to work scheduled weekend shifts for hands-on team training and operational support.
- People First: Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Operational Drive: Strong organisational skills for rotas, split-site logistics, and front-desk workflows.
- Mobility: Valid Driver’s License and vehicle for travel between our three locations.
