Tribune Security are currently recruiting for our upcoming event in Regents Park.
Event dates:
Wednesday 14th October - Sunday 18th October 2026
Location: Regents Park, London
The event is focused around contemporary and classical art and has an overall visitor count of 100,000 guest over the 5 days
This role would be ideal for anyone interested in art events or has a knack for customer facing roles/speaking with customers in a busy environment.
Working hours: 10am - 19:30pm each day
Responsibilities
- Working front of house, you will be the first point of contact for our 70,000 guest over the 5 day event. You will be requested to be proactive and make each guest feel welcome in this lovely cultured event.
- Conduct thorough security checks at entry points, verifying tickets and identification to prevent unauthorized access.
- Provide exceptional guest services by assisting attendees with directions, information, and support throughout the event.
- Manage crowd control measures to maintain order and prevent overcrowding
- Work with our security team to follow fair/event policy
Qualifications
- No event experience required for the role
- Candidates with customer service focus approach
- Uniform - Full black suit, white shirt, black tie and black shoes
