About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Data Operations Co-ordinator & Reception Support to join our team at Centology.
This varied role will primarily support the Data Operations team with administrative and data management tasks, while also providing occasional reception cover to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Data Operations team.
- Process forms, manage client data and maintain accurate records.
- Manage customer queries and support client service processes.
- Update client information within internal systems and liaise with product/service providers regarding updates.
- Assist with incoming calls via the phone system overflow groups.
- Provide reception cover when required, including:
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Preparing refreshments
- Ensuring visitors sign in according to health & safety procedures
- Assist with incoming post including opening, scanning and distribution.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Pay: £21,158.00-£24,784.50 per year
