We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting processes, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Taleo.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed, informed, and integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Assist with employee evaluation procedures, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth.
- Manage benefits administration tasks including enrollment, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance, workers' compensation claims, and benefits inquiries.
- Support workforce management activities such as organization design, succession planning, and strategic planning to optimize staffing levels and talent retention.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal requirements, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information System), analyze Excel data reports for insights, and support payroll processing activities using systems like Kronos or UltiPro.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human capital management, change management, and human resources management practices.
- Proven ability in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing through HR systems like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of employment law, labor regulations, and HR legal compliance requirements across diverse jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally while managing employee relations effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis), project management tools, and HRIS platforms such as Workday or Kronos.
- Skilled in conflict management, personnel administration, and implementing organizational design initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and administrative tasks.

Pay: £12.71-£22.04 per hour
