The Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our dynamic team. At Craobh-Kroov, we operate without rigid hierarchies—our owner is hands-on, and our chefs are versatile, bringing deep small-kitchen experience to confidently handle all aspects of kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficient preparation of a diverse range of meals and snacks
- Recipe creation and innovation
- Maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations
What We Offer
- 45-hour work week spread over 4/5 days, ensuring work-life balance, occasionally asked for extra shift day's. We operate a well managed TOIL pay system
- Straight shifts only—no split shifts or unexpected half-days
- Hourly pay with a generous, equally shared tip package based on hours worked. Full-time employees can earn an additional £6,500–£8,000 per year from tips alone
