Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities
- Supervise all bar operations, including food and beverage preparation, serving, and customer interactions
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the bar area
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize efficiency
- Train staff on proper serving techniques, cocktail mixing, and hospitality best practices
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee a positive experience for all guests
- Report all points above with Club Manager
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality setting, preferably within bars or restaurants
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative environment
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with culinary techniques related to bar menus and food production processes
- Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Golf or Sporting environments is a plus but not required
