Job Summary
Silvertime Legal is looking for an experienced, self-employed Estate Planning Consultant, with opportunities available nationwide across England. You'll advise clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and inheritance tax planning, meeting people who have already asked to hear from us — so there's no cold calling. We book warm appointments straight into your diary; you turn up prepared, give great advice and help families protect what matters most. With full ongoing support and a commission-based, uncapped earning structure, your success is limited only by your own effort.
Key Duties
- Attend pre-booked, company-generated client appointments (in clients' homes or by video/phone)
- Advise clients on Wills, LPAs, Trusts and inheritance tax planning, recommending the right solution for their circumstances
- Take accurate instructions and complete all paperwork to a high standard
- Keep client records up to date in our CRM
- Follow up promptly and build relationships that lead to referrals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in estate planning (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Confident, warm and professional manner, especially with older clients
- Self-motivated and well-organised, able to manage your own diary
- Eligibility to work in the UK on a self-employed basis
Pay: £25,420.00-£75,519.25 per year
