Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista / Waffle & Crepe Shop Attendant to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving delicious waffles, crepes, and beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service, food safety, and food preparation. This position offers an engaging work atmosphere where you can develop your skills in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of waffles, crepes, and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of service.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and special requests promptly.
Experience
- Ideally 1-2 years’ barista experience. No prior experience with desert, waffles or crepes required- we will train the right person.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
- A friendly attitude with strong organisational abilities to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
