As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised Installations Administrator to support the coordination of our installation activity and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
This is a busy, admin-based, office-based role focused on organising and coordinating vehicle installations.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling jobs, preparing documentation, communicating with customers and engineers, and making sure everything is in place for installations to run on time and without issues.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration, scheduling, customer service, or operations support who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping things organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating vehicle installations, upgrades, and removals
- Liaising with customers, field engineers, and internal teams to confirm booking details
- Preparing and managing installation paperwork and job documentation
- Ensuring all compliance documentation is in place (e.g. RAMS, insurance, risk assessments)
- Checking equipment availability and installation readiness
- Managing scheduling changes, access issues, and last-minute updates
- Updating internal systems and customer records after installations are completed
- Carrying out remote checks to confirm devices are installed and working correctly
- Compiling accurate job details for invoicing and internal reporting
- Keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the installation process
- Supporting the team to ensure all jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination, scheduling, or customer service role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Confident communication skills, comfortable dealing with customers and external engineers
- High attention to detail, especially with documentation and data accuracy
- Good IT skills and confidence using systems and spreadsheets
- A proactive, problem-solving approach
- Ability to stay organised and calm in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £24,420.00-£25,000.00 per year
