We are seeking a friendly and proactive Saturday Sales Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with general enquiries and negotiations, and general administration. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their house selling/buying
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries effectively
- Handle phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with general administration duties
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good time management to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on Saturdays
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation are vital for success in this role
Pay: £13.50 per hour
