We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef at The Hatfield Hotel, Lowestoft to ensure along with the Head Chef the smooth running of the Restaurant, Terrace Bar and functions, optimising revenue and profit. The Hatfield Hotel is a popular modern, yet cosy seaside destination sporting fantastic views overlooking the promenade and seaside.
You will need to have experience in a senior level within a similar operation, be able to manage a team and work collaboratively with the General Manager.
As Senior Sous Chef you will be a hands-on Chef, working with the team, you will be a strong leader who will motivate, show consistency and ability and ensure customers have a great food offering.
