A meticulous individual is sought to becone part of this buoyant Serviced Accommodation Dept. You must bring, flair, adaptability, and exceptional customer service skills. You will be required to meet the following demands of the role:
- responding to all client enquiries
- promoting 5 star reviews daily
- dealing with all clients requests and complaints
- ensuring all complaints are dealt with in a timely manner
- reporting all maintenance and scheduling works
- liaising with guest, cleaners and contractors
- responding to all guests emails, on line travel agencies
- accepting bookings at every request
- ensuring a high level of customer service
