Job Title: Day Concierge
Key Responsibilities:
· To provide a quality service to the residents with job tasks and individual requests dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
· To assist with security of residents and the building at all times, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.
· Liaising with Estate Manager regarding any snagging issues and defects.
· To ensure that all requests & enquiries to the Concierge Department (both in person by telephone or email) are dealt with efficiently in a timely and professional manner adhering to SOP’s on every occasion.

Main Duties:
- Meeting and greeting, all residents, guests and clients.
- Ensure the smooth running of the communication systems within the Estate relating to SOP principles i.e. telephone, walkie-talkie, internal intercom system etc.
- Aid security of the estate by regular patrols of all internal and external areas and reporting of any suspect personnel or actions.
- Ensure that the CCTV is manned and any unusual behaviour noted is followed up, calling the police if necessary.
- Liaising with cleaning staff regarding any cleaning issues noted by yourself or reported to you.
- Correct reporting of any security / health and safety issues.
- Correct reporting of any incidents or complaints.
- Safekeeping of keys on behalf of residents and the estate, strictly following SOP’s at all times.
- Recording at all times the signing in and out of keys, as per SOP’s.
- Issuing of keys only to the correct personnel / residents, strictly checking that the appropriate authorisation & disclaimers are in place.
- Correct issuing of parcels / registered mail as per SOP’s.

- Maintain a safe environment for all people in the estate at all times.
- To ensure that all residents, visitors and contractors park in the spaces allocated to them.
- To issue temporary parking permits to all visitors and contractors
- Always maintain confidentiality concerning the residents and business of the development.
- To maintain a clean and tidy appearance of the Concierge desk at all times, and to carry out basic cleaning duties within this area as necessary.
- Be able to give a clear and precise handover at the end of your shift, highlighting all events that happened and forthcoming events.
· To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
