We are looking for a part time nursery assistant who would like to join our team with the following attributes…
*Qualified to a level 2 or 3 standard
*Enthusiastic and passionate about extending and improving a child’s learning and development
*Able to develop professional relationships with children, staff and parents
*Ability to work within all age groups of the nursery
*Up to date knowledge of the Early years Foundation Stage Curriculum
*Recent childcare experience within a childcare setting
*Knowledge of Ofsted guidelines and Welfare requirements
*Flexibility to working hours
*Safeguarding training
*Paediatric First Aid (preferable)
*2 References
*Eligibility to work in the UK
This position will be offered as a 25 hour contract. Working hours are between 7:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. Additional training may be required on weekends however this will be arranged with the candidate individually. Hours of work will be given in advance.
This position is subject to a 6 month probationary period, satisfactory enhanced DBS and references.
