Job Overview
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a busy administrative or operations role.

Previous experience within auctions, property, legal, estate agency or professional services would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and reception.
- Coordinate administration for regular auctions from entry through to post-sale.
- Manage bidder registrations and client records across online auction platforms.
- Produce accurate auction documentation, invoices and sale administration.
- Support post-sale processes including vendor communications and unsold lots.
- Assist with finance administration, refunds, payments and credit control.
- Maintain accurate records across multiple business systems.
- Provide administrative support to colleagues across several offices.
- Coordinate office supplies, documentation and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Help maintain website content, communications and client information.
- Work collaboratively with valuers, saleroom staff and management to ensure exceptional service.
- Proven experience in sales administration or auction administration roles.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good IT literacy and computer skills to support administrative functions.
- Ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
