Job Summary
You will be embedded within a live pre-litigation and litigation pipeline, supporting and progressing real claims across Plevin/PPI, unaffordable lending and PCP matters.
What You Will Actually Do
- Assist with case progression from onboarding through to litigation
- Draft client correspondence, Letters of Claim and supporting documents
- Prepare files for issue, service and settlement
- Work within bulk case handling systems and structured workflows
- Communicate directly with clients and internal legal teams
- Support solicitors on active, revenue-generating matters
- Assist with the firms administrative function on a day to day basis
What We Are Looking For
- Law degree / LPC / SQE (or equivalent practical experience)
- Exposure to litigation or claims handling is beneficial
- Strong organisation and written communication
- Ability to manage volume without losing accuracy
- Commercial mindset — understands this is a results-driven environment
- Clear ambition to progress into fee-earning / solicitor roles
