We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to promote our amazing range of products with vibrant, modern and relevant digital and traditional marketing content. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- With the support of colleagues, you will own the communications plan and be responsible for its development and implementation, ensuring its timely delivery.
- Manage social media channels – monitor, engage and promote to increase leads, engagement and followers.
- Manage our influencer campaigns.
- Assist with website updates, administration and web development projects.
- Manage and optimise Google Ad campaigns to enhance visibility, drive traffic and conversions.
- Support your line manager with the launch of new products to business and consumer customers.
- Support the sales team to develop their knowledge and understanding of social media.
- Using marketing tools, monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist your line manager with event preparation and attendance to support the team and capture content.
- Be creative and write engaging copy for B2B and B2C content including social media, email, blogs, videos and presentations, that will drive conversions and is in line with brand guidelines.
- Engage with the wider team on projects and communicate effectively internally.
- Update, maintain and develop company websites in line with agreed guidelines and maximise SEO, PPC, UX and CRO, to improve website performance.
- Execute highly effective marketing campaigns across web, email, search and offline that meet the objectives for brand development, lead generation and customer engagement.
- Idea generation across all marketing and communications activities.
- Support and develop the marketing and communications plans alongside your line manager.
- Work with colleagues to maintain and drive all social media activity in a targeted approach.
- Work closely with colleagues to understand and fulfil their requirements.
- Communicate and engage with the business on planned and upcoming marketing activities.
- Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure deliverables are of a high quality, on time and on budget.
Skills and Experience Required:
· Degree or equivalent, ideally in digital marketing and at least 3 years digital marketing experience.
· Strong copywriting and editing skills
· Experience in SMM, SEO and SEM, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Campaign URL Builder, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
· Experience with ecommerce and content management systems (WordPress, Kentico and Umbraco desirable).
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
· Skilled using Canva. Adobe Creative Suite applications would be desirable but not essential.
· Exceptional eye for detail.
· A team player who works collaboratively with others to achieve desired results.
· Ability to multi-task with excellent planning, organisation and project management skills and can manage own workloads to meet deadlines.
· Punctual, proactive, enthusiastic and professional.
· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Keen to continue learning.
· Previous experience working in food manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday - 8.30 – 17.00, 30 minutes unpaid lunch
Friday – 8.30 – 16.30, 30 minutes unpaid lunch
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
