- Chef de Partie: £16.50/hr (£18.49/hr including holiday pay)
- Commis Chef: £15.00/hr (£16.81/hr including holiday pay)
About the Opportunity
Ready for a fresh challenge in a stunning setting? Chefs Bay Hospitality is seeking driven Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs to join the brigade at a prestigious luxury resort in the PH15 area.
The resort is undergoing a multi-million-pound regeneration and expansion, making this an incredible time to step into the kitchen. You will be working with high-quality, locally sourced produce in a modern, fully equipped kitchen setup, catering to resort guests across diverse dining outlets.
What We Offer
- Pay Rates: Earn up to £18.49/hr with weekly payouts.
- Onsite Accommodation: Comfortable live-in options available, perfect if you are relocating or commuting from further afield.
- Shift Patterns: Shifts fall strictly between 10:00am and 10:00pm, 5-days out of 7.
- Immediate, Ongoing Work: Secure immediate hours with long-term stability as the resort continues its growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Chef de Partie: Take full ownership of your assigned section, manage prep levels, supervise Commis Chefs, and deliver clean, consistent plates during peak service.
- Commis Chef: Support the CDP and Head Chef with daily mis-en-place, maintain high standards of station hygiene, and assist across different sections to sharpen your skills.
- Maintain strict standards of food safety, temperature control, and kitchen hygiene (HACCP).
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (hotel, resort, or fresh-food restaurant experience preferred).
- Confidence with fresh produce, clean presentation, and good foundational knife skills.
- A strong team-first attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure during busy services.
- Full right to work in the UK and currently residing in the UK – ** Unfortunately, we cannot assist with visa sponsorships.**
