Strive Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team.
We’re a boutique studio offering Reformer Pilates, Hot Yoga and Mat Pilates, with a focus on creating welcoming, high-quality classes in a friendly and supportive environment.
The Role
We’re looking for a self-employed Reformer Pilates instructor to take on a mix of regular weekly classes and cover work.
There is flexibility around weekday sessions, but applicants must be available to teach at least one session at the weekend.
This would suit an instructor looking to add regular classes to their existing schedule, while also having the opportunity to pick up additional cover when available.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality Reformer Pilates classes
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations and appropriate adaptations
- Create a welcoming environment for clients of different abilities and experience levels
- Ensure classes are delivered safely and professionally
- Assist with additional cover sessions when available
- Represent Strive Studio and contribute positively to the studio community
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Reformer Pilates
- Available for at least one weekend session
- Some flexibility to teach sessions during the week
- Confident working with both beginners and more experienced clients
- Friendly, reliable and professional
- Comfortable teaching small-group classes
- Appropriate instructor insurance
