Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including setting up stations and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Support catering events by setting up venues, serving guests, and clearing tables promptly
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all health and safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of food and beverages
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or catering environments, with a focus on serving guest
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Prior restaurant or hotel experience is desirable but not essential
