Lettings Manager to lead their successful Ipswich office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven lettings professional to take ownership of a thriving branch, lead an established team and continue to grow an already successful lettings business.
The Role
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the lettings department, driving business growth while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will lead by example, developing your team and building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the lettings team.
- Driving new business generation and increasing market share.
- Winning new instructions and retaining existing landlord clients.
- Overseeing the entire lettings process from instruction through to move-in.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Ensuring compliance with all current lettings legislation and industry regulations.
- Monitoring branch performance against key targets and implementing strategies for continued growth.
- Building strong relationships within the local community and promoting the business across the Ipswich area.
About You
We're looking for an experienced lettings professional with a proven track record of success within residential lettings.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up.
- A strong history of winning business and delivering against targets.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Good knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Ideally, you'll live locally or have an excellent knowledge of the Ipswich property market and surrounding areas.
