We are currently seeking a dedicated Dental Nurse to join our friendly and professional team, and we welcome both trainees and qualified professionals to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist in all clinical procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Maintain a high standard of infection control and sterilisation protocols.
- Prepare and maintain the dental surgery for patient treatment, ensuring the environment is clean, organised and fully stocked with the necessary equipment and materials.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Record and update patient medical history and treatment information.
- Support patients in understanding and maintaining good oral hygiene practices.
- Perform reception duties when required, including appointment scheduling and handling patient queries.
Requirements:
For Trainees:
- Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in dental nursing.
- Willingness to undertake a dental nursing training programme.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards patients.
For Qualified Nurses:
- GDC registration and relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience working as a dental nurse.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of dental software and record-keeping.
For all applicants:
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute positively to the wider practice team.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
- Up to date immunisations in line with current dental healthcare requirements.
Working Hours:
The role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with an early start and early finish on Fridays.

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
