Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure prompt service.
- Offer recommendations on Greek specialties, drinks, and daily specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
- Process orders and payments accurately through our POS system.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
- Address any customer inquiries, special requests, or concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of Greek cuisine is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about great service.
