Your Role
You'll become an important part of creating an exceptional patient experience by:
- Assisting chairside during a wide range of dental procedures
- Preparing surgeries and maintaining excellent cross-infection control
- Reassuring nervous patients
- Sterilising instruments and maintaining clinical standards
- Keeping accurate patient records
- Helping explain treatments to patients
- Supporting reception when required
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth, organised clinics
- Looking for ways to improve the patient journey

We are looking for someone with the right attitude who enjoys learning and wants to build a long-term career in dentistry.
You will work under supervision whilst completing structured training, regular reviews and clear milestones to help you succeed.
Hours
From 31 hours per week
- Monday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm (fortnightly for admin task, cqc tasks )
- Thursday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (approximately three times per month)

Salary reviewed as skills, responsibilities and experience develop.
