What You’ll Be Doing
As Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the gym:
- Deliver high-quality group coaching sessions.
- Create an unforgettable member experience.
- Support leads and enquiries with great communication.
- Manage and develop the coaching team.
- Drive studio performance through systems and service standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations (cleanliness, maintenance, rotas, etc.).
- Bring energy and leadership to every part of the studio.
What We’re Looking For

- Have experience in personal training, hospitality, or customer service.
- Are confident leading people and building relationships.
- Are organised and can juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Communicate well with both members and team members.
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
- Care deeply about doing the right thing (even when it’s hard).
- Want to be part of a tight-knit team that supports each other.
(A Level 3 Personal Training qualification is essential)
