Job Overview
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and scheduling all maintenance activities across the biscuit bakery to ensure equipment reliability, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
This role plays a central part in building world-class maintenance systems by planning preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks effectively, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Through strong collaboration, structured planning routines, and effective use of data, the Maintenance Planner ensures maintenance activities deliver consistent and reliable results aligned with production requirements.
