We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join the team in our vibrant Brasserie restaurant at Estelle Manor.
The on-target earning potential for this role is up to £41,619.20, based on a 40-hour contract, comprising:
- £33,619.20 annual base salary
- Estimated £8,000 annual gratuities and service charge

As Restaurant Floor Manager, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, leading from the floor and ensuring every service is delivered to the exceptional standards that Estelle Manor is known for.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Brasserie, supporting and developing the team while creating memorable moments for our members and guests.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being in the action, building relationships, motivating teams and delivering world-class hospitality.
- Leading service from the floor and setting the standard for excellence
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of the Brasserie
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
- Ensuring service standards, operational procedures and guest expectations are consistently exceeded
- Building genuine relationships with members and guests, creating a welcoming and personalised experience
- Supporting team engagement and fostering a positive, collaborative culture
- Taking pride in every detail, ensuring the restaurant is always operating at its very best
You'll be a natural people person with a genuine passion for hospitality and a track record of leading successful teams.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Food Beverage management experience within a luxury hotel, private members' club or premium hospitality environment
- A hands-on leadership style and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong operational knowledge and experience managing restaurant service standards
- The ability to motivate, inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with guests, colleagues and senior stakeholders alike
- The ability to stay calm, organised and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, high energy and a genuine love for hospitality

About gratuities service charge:
- Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
