Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to join our team. Must have experience. This role is essential in providing support in various tasks, Must have a full UK drive licence as possible home visits and an upto date DBS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and a passion for animal care, ensuring that both clients and animals receive the highest level of attention and care.
Cat health and care essential although some training will be given.
Hours/ Days required during busy periods : varies must be flexible
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- animal care, including feeding, grooming, and exercising animals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the facility, ensuring all areas are tidy and hygienic.
- Handle heavy lifting as required for animal handling and equipment management.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing records.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
- Able to work independently and fast pace
Qualifications
- A passion for animal care is crucial.

- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manage the demands of working with animals.
