About the Role
Our Style Ambassadors are the face of our store and will have direct contact with our store customers. You will be the face of our brand and create an remarkable shopping experience.
Technical Requirements
· Is able to provide remarkable customer service to all our customers and strives to consistently deliver our remarkable service plan on every shift
· You are passionate about the brand and are able to demonstrate brand values
· You are confident and are able to build rapport with customers and your team
· You are comfortable asking for customer emails to contribute to the company sign ups and confident in cash handling
· You are able to work under pressure in a faced paced environment
· You are flexible and able to embrace change when required
· You are reliable and take initiative
· Are results driven and strives to achieve personal and team goals
· Able to take direction and perform duties to company required standard or beyond
· You are compliant and follow company procedures
· A team player
· Required for occasional out of hours working for team training, sale and full price launch.
You should have experience in retail.
Pay: £11.44 per hour
