Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week, mainly Mon – Fri with occasional weekends

Aramark UK are on the lookout for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our buzzing team at Northwood HQ — a site with three busy kitchens and a whole lot of variety. What you’ll do:
As our Senior Sous Chef, you’ll:

Lead kitchen shifts in the Head Chef’s absence, producing up to 1000 meals during peak times

Motivate, organise, and support the wider team to deliver smooth, efficient service

Prepare dishes to spec with full understanding of menu and allergen requirements
