Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

We're a small, ambitious recruitment agency based in Beckenham, and we're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role
You'll initially focus on candidate generation, recruitment delivery and supporting existing client accounts before progressing into business development and account management.
This is a fast-paced role, so you'll need confidence on the phone and the motivation to make 100+ outbound calls per day to candidates and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies.
- Interviewing and registering candidates.
- Writing and managing job adverts across multiple platforms.
- Building and maintaining candidate talent pools.
- Making 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Developing relationships with candidates and clients.
- Supporting existing client accounts.
- Working towards individual and team targets.
- Updating and maintaining our CRM system.
- Progressing into business development and winning new clients.

Experience
Essential
- 6 months to 1 year's recruitment experience is desirable.
- OR a confident, driven individual with excellent communication skills looking for their first opportunity in recruitment.
- Strong telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Full commitment to working from our Beckenham office Monday to Friday.
Desirable
- Recruitment experience within transport, logistics, driving, healthcare or industrial sectors.
- Customer service, sales or call centre experience.
- Previous experience working towards KPIs or targets.
