Duties
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to ensure they look their best
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively to achieve optimal results
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for each vehicle before delivery or customer pickup
- Assist with vehicle movement around the facility, including parking and positioning for cleaning or customer collection
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by answering questions and explaining services offered
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Keep work areas tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to maintain efficiency throughout the day
Skills
- Valid driving license with clean driving record to assist with vehicle movement when required
- Previous janitorial or vehicle cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy setting
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning equipment and vehicle handling
